Stop the spin: go from 47 open tabs to one clear next step.
We'll focus only on the few things actually worth your energy right now. Not another giant checklist. The goal is to make things feel simpler.
✦ You got the call recently and you're feeling lost.
✦ You're trying to stay strong for your family while you're scared to death inside.
✦ You're searching it ALL and ending up more overwhelmed than when you started.
✦ You finished treatment, but your head is still spinning about what to do now.
"It's so hard to just chill out and nourish your body and soul instead of trying to overhaul your whole diet and household all at once!"
"I did my whole cancer journey alone so this is a beautiful idea for people who don't have much of a support."
"Thank you for this! I needed to hear this!"
After I was diagnosed, every ordinary choice suddenly felt like it mattered more. I went looking for answers and found conflicting advice, rigid rules and a growing list of things I thought I had to do perfectly.
I cut out foods. I worried about products. I questioned whether I was exercising enough, eating well enough or doing enough to protect myself.
Over time, I learned how to find credible guidance, question claims that didn't hold up, and focus on the things that were reasonable and sustainable for me.
My health coaching training helps me turn information into real, doable change. My own experience with breast cancer helps me understand why these decisions feel so heavy in the first place.
This workshop is the starting point I wish I'd had, so you don't spend years figuring it out alone.
Join me October 21 at 7pm CT, live in the Rebuild community. No camera required, the couch is fine, and you can drop questions in the chat anytime.
Can't make it live? Register anyway. The replay will be available right after.
At the end, I'll also share how you can keep going inside Rebuild (with a special bonus for those who show up live.)
This workshop is about everyday wellbeing. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace your care team.
